Only referees may use hacks

Pretty straightforward, any use of hacks will earn you a kick, then a ban. This rule includes the banning of any autoclickers.

Humans must be reachable without building to at all times

You must be reachable from ground level. If the map's spawn isn't reachable from ground level, you cannot stay there once the round begins.

If someone deletes your path, either:

  • Call a ref
  • Fix it yourself
  • If the above two aren't possible, jump off

You may only spleef or push the opposing team

Push

  • Verb - In this sense, to use your character's body to push another character's body

To clarify:

  • HUMANS may not push other HUMANS
  • ZOMBIES may not push other ZOMBIES
  • No-one may push REFS

Spleef

  • Verb - To delete the block under a user, to make him/her fall down.

To clarify:

  • ZOMBIES may ONLY spleef HUMANS
  • HUMANS may ONLY spleef ZOMBIES
  • No-one may spleef REFS
  • HUMANS may ONLY spleef ZOMBIES as long as there is an alternate pathway to him already set up. You must be reachable at ALL times.

ANY form of PILLARING/TOWERING is orbidden!

Pillaring

  • Verb - To repeatedly build blocks underneath yourself, raising your height and creating a pillar.

All three of these examples are unclimbable, thus making them illegal. Any pillar more than 3 blocks high is considered illegal.

Please take note that towers are illegal as well as pillars. This means you may not build any sort of tall vertical structure, even if it is climbable by breaking blocks to form a staircase. The most common example of a tower is a 2x2 square extending upwards. It is illegal.

All jumps must be 2 spaces apart or under.

Legal Jumps

2over.png 2x0

2over1up.png 2x1 - This jump is only allowed in moderation. No more than three or four in any one jump course.

Illegal Jumps

Do not respawn, glitch in blocks or abuse other flaws

The following fall under this category:

  • Spawn Glitching - Setting your spawn somewhere, and building over it.
  • Lag Building - Building/Pillaring when you are out of blocks (the limit is 50 for humans and 3 for zombies) or when there is op_air.
  • Random Spawn - Always call for help or reload when you spawn in a weird spot. (Eg. Roof, Underground somewhere)
  • Evading pillaring/hacking detection.
  • Hitting "R" at any time to respawn. You can change the "R" button under Controls.

Do not use excessive language or insults. Show common sense.

Excessive language, which often has different meanings for different people, is defined as unnecessarily heavy swearing or any form of insulting.

Certain things covered by this rule:

  • No asking for human/reset, it is automatic.
    • Simple, never ask to be human again.
    • Even if someone cheated to get you, or a ref kicked you mistakenly, you aren't going to get human back. Tough Luck.
  • Try to be civil and respect other players.
  • Anything in this list, falls into this category of 'General Stupidity' and shouldn't be done:
    • Disrespecting refs
    • Disrespecting other players
    • Building obscene structures
    • Nagging and Whining
    • Trolling
    • Not stopping when a ref says to
    • Destroying other peoples staircases or hiding places
    • Overuse of Caps Lock
    • Spam
    • Finding Loopholes

Excessive language, which often has different meanings for different people, is defined as unnecessarily heavy swearing or any form of insulting.

We try to run a friendly server, but we will not be your babysitters. Swearing is allowed, swearing at people is not. People will swear from time to time, whether it's from anger or frustration, but as long as it isn't directed at another player and isn't used too often there's nothing wrong with it. That said, any form of racist, sexist or extremely sexual comments are prohibited. Using them will result in a ban.

Speak English in public chat

Players may only speak English in the main chat channel. You may speak other languages in private messages with the format "@player message".

Clients that have unfair physics are not allowed.

This rule means you are only allowed to use the site to play. However, you may use alternative clients, as long as they have identical physics to the site. Using any client which has alternative physics or provides an advantage over other players may result in a ban.

  • The World of Minecraft client is allowed as long as you have used the command "/client hacks off".

All camouflage skins are banned

Any skins that are fully block oriented (dirt skin with grass hair, bedrock skin, etc) are not allowed. Skins that blend in with the current zombie player skin are not also not allowed.
