The Blocktopia Zombie Survival Server currently has 6 different ranks. BannedThe lowest rank of them all. This rank is given by an op+ using /ban. Once kicked from the server while having this rank, it will not permit you to log back in. If you happen to get this rank, a friendly suggestion would be to appeal over at the zombie section of these forums. Commands that require this rank or above include /rules, /info, and /help, as well as some helpful block placement commands such as /double_stair and /dirt. GuestThe guest rank is the first rank you get when you join the server. TrustedTrusted is a partial- staff rank which permits them to use 3 commands: /warn, /kick and /mute . This rank is meant to test and prepare players to see if they are fit for the duties of an operator. You also must apply for this rank, which requirements and information for this is found under the Zombie section of the forums. Very rarely, a normal rank can be handpicked into a trusted. OperatorThe first and lowest staff rank is Operator, it is given to users who showed a good potential as Trusted and can handle extra duties of the rank. Operator is the first rank allowed to referee rounds and use hacks, they enforece the rules and ban those who are violating them. VetOpThe second staff rank is VetOp. It is given to an Operator who has proven they are ready for additional commands and duties. VetOps receive additional commands, such as /powerpill, /hardcore, /nextmap, /nextzombie, and /award. ControllerThe third Staff rank is Controller. They make sure the staff are performing their duties, and contribute in decisions such as promotions, demotions, warnings, probations, staff applications and map submissions. DirectorThe forth and highest Staff rank is Admin. A Director is an administrator of that server and controls everything that goes on inside it. Admins can promote up to Controller and add maps for example. |
